Roof Mouldings

Used to cover the junction between the vehicle’s roof and side panel, propitiating a finishing and, sometimes also performing the function of water gutter on the vehicle.

Manufactured in different materials such as PVC F, PVC R, TPE, inserted into aluminum or fully in Aluminum, as well as different finishing technologies:
Profiles with flexible thermoplastic materials:

• Allows the finishing in the vehicle outline during the assembling process.
• Fixed by interference or by scotch tapes.

Profiles in aluminum with or without flexible thermoplastic materials:

• Precise finishing using “3D stretch-bending” technology for the body perfect outline.
• Easy assembling.
• Solutions for “matching” with the cover longarines.
• Fixed by interference or plastic clips.
• Painted in the vehicle’s color or not.

Frames and finishing inferior profiles

Frames – Used at the finishing between the windshield and the body. In terms of applications, they are developed for a large esthetic variety or our customers’ practical needs.

• Specific solutions for design, assembling and functionality.
• Development together with the glass manufacturers.
• Solutions in several materials (PVC F, PVC R, ABS, PP/TPE, inserted in aluminum).

Inferior profiles – inferior profiles are used for connecting the windshields with the finishing plastic panel. In its manufacture process, we use the curvature proper techniques for assuring a perfect assembling and finishing with the panel.

• Molded with or without 3D curve.
• Solutions in several materials (PVC F, PVC R, ABS, PP/TPE, inserted in aluminum).
• Guide the panel assembling.
• Fixed by interference or by scotch tape.
• With or without butyl.

Iner Out Belt

Used for sealing and finishing between the vehicle’s door’s window and panel. It reduces the noise and passage of particles for the passenger compartment.

• Manufactured in co-extruded materials (PP/TPE/ inserted in aluminum).

• Lip with application of flocked scotch tape.

• Combination of thermoplastic materials.
